...recovered from a 3-4 day bout with flu. ugh. i don't even know how i got sick, godknows i haven't gone out of the house in days >.<

got my back pay and am rich for the moment. am -still- waiting for a job ^^


went malling with sibs + 'rents + bf.

ate: pizza and ice cream and shopped.

v. v. happy. ^^

i've been unemployed for a month and some now and am -still- in job-hunting mode.

lol. now that's out of the way, dex and i are looking for a house--but this time to -rent-. owner's daughter is coming home end of july, meaning we must vacate premises. dex has gotten attached to subdivision though (so have i), so we went motor-ing around to look for some.

ugh. wasnt much, really, highlight would have been me screaming all the way downhill:

anyway, people who have not been texting me and who have quite possibly changed numbers and who do not know my new number... i'll pm you ^^

so i was in the office dialing and pretending to work when i decided to go take my first break and play psp in the pantry, then fifteen minutes when dexter popped in to collect me, i sat at my post and entered my user name and ....

poof.

i take that to mean that my log-ins have expired, therefore:

i have officially resigned.

so basically, the month of april will be comprised of sleeping, playing, eating, watching, internetting (^^), eating, sleeping, and occasionally meeting up with friends.

god help my waistline.

of course this also means i will not have any cash to burn =( (bummer) but dexter has so kindly said:

rest for as long as you need baby, i'll take care of you.

i love my baby ^^

oh, and we hit the one year mark last march 21 .. and we spent it in Ark Avilon in pasig, near tiendesitas. it's the mini version of the 7.5 hectare place in rizal, where i want to *whine* gooooo...

have been consistently happy, which i thought impossible >.<

went online last week and googled houses+sale+or+rent+to+own+cainta and came up with 86,200 results, more than half of which are crap and should not be bothered with. >.<
( saw some that are pure gold, though, and am keeping my fingers crossed )

while the house-searching is going well, the wedding plans are having me chewing on my nails with worry.

hm. have eight on my list. four 'hopefully'-s--ah hell. no sub-categories yet.
sigh. mlina, will sometime drop by and go through them.

wedding is tentatively set for November 21 of 2010 (or 2011). was supposed to be december 21, but prices skyrocket decemberish and stuff. want a -ber wedding. meep.

MUST have a house before we get married.
MUST get married before starting a family.

oh, oh--hit eleven months yesterday ^^ vv happy. (dexter says, has it ONLY been eleven months?) and, in (part of) his wonderfully non-mushy text: its been a blast!

it HAS been a blast.

he gave me a blue stuffed penguin i promply christened "Pumpkin".

all in all, life is good.

this particular writer's block just about caught my eye, as dexter and i have talked about it before. i'd say 'realist', but he would probably just snort loudly and roll his eyes, so admittedly, i guess 'pessimist' hits the goal. *wince*

currently trying to look for a house as he and i are very much serious about buying one. why? well, that way we can start saving for the wedding. =P

we also have a place in mind, Bato Springs. have not been there, so if you have, message me please! only reason it's on the list is because i read about it in a random blog, and turns out the owners are dexter's sister's husband's relatives.

for the *first* time i am able to access LJ while at work--(and friendster, and multiply, and facebook, and...heh). thank you God for New Years.

i'm giddy and bouncy in general, (even more so than christmas/birthday) for some odd reason, maybe because--like everyone else--i SO welcome the chance to start on a clean slate. (as my messages would have said, in various ways).

it has been a crazy, wild, surprisingly FREE year for me.

i've been sick three times this year (all of which required doctor visits), i've met up with old friends (not as much as i would have liked, but its a good start ^^) while making new, i've argued (and made up) with my family, i've had actual spending money (LOL), i've acquired, thanks to dex, a fair assortment of gadgets, i've bought a washing machine (how domestic!), i've cried, i've laughed, i've been up and i've been down.

i've lived. there's just no better way to place it.

it's 2009. i'm twenty-$!*&^$*@%^-three, and i don't feel old at all.

life is good.

...i am happy.

just wondering. :) i don't know the asians here, so i'm posting it in case someone recognizes someone and gives me reason to be proud. ^^

am planning to join modelmayhem.com but i'm sorely lacking in pics >.< _defyingtheodds and noble_scarlet, since you're already members... help? :) amd if any one has old pics of me worth mentioning, can you upload it on LJ? ^^
